1. Introduction
Welcome to Liberty Moves Orlando LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our moving and relocation services and any related communication or interactions with the Company. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
We provide professional moving, packing, storage, and relocation services, including but not limited to:
Local and Long-Distance Residential Moving
Commercial & Office Relocation
Packing and Unpacking Services
Packing Materials and Supplies
Storage Solutions (Short- and Long-Term)
Special Handling for High-Value Items, Electronics, Art & Antiques
Labor Assistance and Relocation Support
Junk Removal and Staging Support
(Each a “Service”, collectively the “Services”).
3. Booking & Estimates
Requests & Quotes: All Services must be scheduled in advance. Quotes are valid for a limited time as provided in writing. Final charges may vary based on actual requirements and scope of service.
Acceptance: A booking is confirmed only after acceptance of the quote by the customer and payment of any required deposit.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices are in USD and reflect the services requested. Pricing may include hourly rates, flat rates, packing material costs, and additional service fees.
Taxes & Fees: Applicable taxes and fees will be added to the total price.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the move or as otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Zelle, and other methods specified at the time of booking.
Late / Non-Payment: Unpaid balances accrue interest and may result in storage liens or referral to collections.
5. Deposits & Cancellations
Deposit: A deposit may be required to reserve moving dates.
Cancellation: Cancellation policies, including time frames and refund eligibility, will be provided at the time of booking and apply accordingly.
6. Customer Obligations
Preparation: The customer should prepare all items for transport, label boxes, and ensure pets/children are safely managed on moving day.
Access & Permissions: Customer is responsible for granting safe access to all locations where Services are to be performed.
Valuables & Prohibited Items: Customers are responsible for removing valuables (cash, jewelry, personal documents) and prohibited items (hazardous materials, perishables, plants, etc.) prior to move.
7. Risk of Loss & Liability
Standard Liability: Unless additional valuation coverage is purchased, our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the minimum valuation allowed by applicable state and federal law.
Claims: All claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within the time period specified in your moving contract.
8. Insurance
We maintain licensing and insurance as required by applicable authorities. Insurance options beyond standard coverage may be available at your request for an additional fee.
9. Storage Terms
Storage Fees: Fees for storage Services are due as agreed and may be billed monthly.
Access to Stored Items: Access is available by prior appointment during normal business hours.
Storage Liens: We may place a storage lien on unclaimed property for unpaid storage fees in accordance with applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
Any third-party services arranged through us are subject to separate terms between you and the third-party provider. We are not responsible for third-party performance.
11. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Arbitration: Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration if agreed in writing by both parties.
12. Privacy
Your use of our Services includes collection and use of personal data according to our Privacy Policy (if applicable). We strive to protect your data responsibly.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms supersede prior versions and will be posted online or provided to you.
